REGIONAL LOSS PREVENTION AUDITOR - N.East/Scotland (based N. East) - to £26k + Car + 24 days holidays + 25% store discount + stakeholder pension + company sickness absence scheme
Our client is a national retailer with approximately 300 stores throughout the U.K. Reporting to the Audit & Loss Prevention Manager you will be responsible for implementing an audit programme which will encompass carrying out store audits and compliance checks, investigating anomalies and producing reports in line with company policy. You will liaise closely with the Audit & Loss Prevention Manager, District Manager and LPM within your region to update on all results, particularly regarding high risk stores. You will have overall responsibility for the audit equipment, assist in ad-hoc project requirements whilst maintaining the audit programme and conduct delivery accuracy checks during non audit periods. Ideal candidates will have experience within multi-site retail audit/loss prevention/compliance. You will be numerate with knowledge of JDA or similar software with effective time management.

 

AUDIT MANAGER - North Midlands - up to £30k + 25 Days Holidays + Pension + Car Allowance + 20% Bonus

Our client, a national high street fashion retailer, is looking to recruit an audit manager to join the team. Based in their North Midlands distribution centre, you will investigate discrepancies, recommend solutions, monitor the overall performance of the operation and support the distribution centre management in implementing change. You will be responsible for the distribution centre audit team and its continued development. Previous audit and loss prevention experience is required in both retail store and distribution centre environments, and you must be able to promote and manage change and communicate across all levels.

 

REGIONAL COMPLIANCE AUDITOR – S Wales/Hereford (ideal location Cardiff) - c.£23k + Car + 10% Bonus + Benefits

The purpose of this role is to carry out site visits across your allocated region to provide assurance that controls, processes and procedures are adequate and adhered to, in order to minimize risks to the business. You will conduct regular compliance audits and investigate stock take results as well as performing ad-hoc investigations. Suitable candidates will need to have previous retail audit/compliance experience, be able to communicate and influence at all levels and have a keen eye for detail. You must also be proficient with Word and Excel as report writing and manipulation of data will be required. The company are highly successful with over 400 sites and plans to open a further 40 this year.
