Our client, a leading provider of security and support services to blue-chip organizations, seeks to recruit an experienced Business Development Manager to cover Ireland, to be responsible for all sales activities including lead generation, tender response, proposal generation and closing of the business. You will have previous experience within the sales arena selling manned guarding services to the corporate, distribution, manufacturing, retail, and shopping centre sectors. You should be able to demonstrate technical skills and product knowledge in these sectors that allows the BDM to give effective presentations to prospective clients and have a complete understanding of pricing and proposal models for both Northern Ireland and the Republic of Ireland. BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER (Manned Guarding) - up to £40k + Benefits + Car/Car Allowance + Commission (paid quarterly)
Our client provides national coverage offering a bespoke range of services. This BDM role is based specifically on the security side of the business with a turnover in excess of £20m, increasing year on year. They specialize in providing security to the Corporate, Leisure and Retail sectors. We are seeking an experienced BDM, preferably with Manned Guarding sales experience. This role is based purely around new business, with the support of operations and tele-marketing already in place. The role has a UK remit with most of your time spent from the Midlands down to the South. You will have a proven track record in sales, possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills, along with the drive to be successful.
