OPERATIONS SUPPORT OFFICER (Manned Guarding) – London – Up to £25k + Benefits
Our client, a security and investigations service provider, seeks to recruit an Operations Support Officer to run their manned guarding division. Working closely with the Directors, you will manage client operations to ensure customer satisfaction, operational efficiency and employee satisfaction, as well as establishing SLAs for all clients and ensuring assignment instructions are maintained. You will be responsible, alongside the Operations Director, for ensuring adequate manning of all sites throughout the UK, and will need to attend client meetings throughout the UK on a regular basis with the Directors and training staff. In addition, you will be responsible for administrative support to the Directors and collation of timesheets for all guards.
