SECURITY TRAINER – Nationwide (based Northampton) - £25-28k + Car + Flexible Benefits Package
Our client, a newly-formed security division within a global multi-discipline organization, wishes to recruit a Security Trainer with a nationwide remit to work from their Northampton office. Reporting to the Quality & Compliance Manager you will be responsible for the delivery of effective training and development strategies in a timely and cost effective manner. You will develop professional, standardized training procedures across the division to promote continuous improvements, and establish effective measuring and monitoring techniques, including KPIs, to evaluate both internal and external training providers’ performance. Experience of delivering training to both groups and individuals within the security industry is essential, with particular emphasis on the ability to plan, prepare and deliver training and development programs and experience of monitoring and auditing training levels.  A formal training qualification is desirable.  AM/0802-01 Apply

 

COMPANY TRAINER – East London - £25k + Company Car (BMW) + Mobile

Our client operates within the security guarding sector specializing in retail stores, and are a member of the SIA ACS. You will be responsible for the delivery and design of courses to ensure the work force is appropriately trained to the high standards the company and its clients expect. You will liaise with management to ensure that company standards are met and maintained and you will contribute to the design of the company's ongoing training strategy for the future. You should have experience of delivering BJT training and have a working knowledge of the SIA regulations. Although previous training experience within the security sector is preferred, candidates from other sectors with a proven track record of delivering training packages would be considered.
