Responsibilities	Reporting to the Head of Risk and Loss Prevention the successful candidate will be considered a potential successor for the “Head of” role as the company expands, in line with their succession planning philosophy. Managing at a senior level you will integrate fully with the executive team with responsibility for managing a team of 10 Regional LP Managers who in turn manage a large team of store loss prevention colleagues.
Qualifications & Experience	You will need to demonstrate experience at a senior level within loss prevention in a multi-site role, with similar responsibility and now looking for a further challenge in a larger organisation.
