With a turnover of £60m+ and employing in excess of 3,000 staff, our client provides industry leading manned guarding and security services to UK businesses. They now wish to appoint a Security Manager to manage and direct the delivery of a 24/7 operational security service for a prestigious financial institution. |
Responsibilities |
Managing the administration and welfare of the 40-strong site security team, you will be responsible for rostering, induction and continuation training and probation. You will manage all emergency incident escalation and responses, maintaining a high degree of personal contact and visibility at all levels, in order to resolve issues quickly and efficiently. |
| Qualifications & Experience | Candidates should have management experience within security guarding, be knowledgeable about industry standards and legislation, including H&S reporting, and have the ability to provide customer service excellence. |
